［摘要］目的用毛细管气相色谱法建立测定清火片中薄荷脑含量的方法。方法采用SUPELCOWAXTM-10 毛细管柱（30m伊
0.53mm，1.0滋m），FID检测器，柱温110益，以萘为内标，按内标法计算薄荷脑的含量。结果薄荷脑在19.62滋g/ml耀196.25滋g/ml（r=
0.9993）范围内有较好线性关系，平均加样回收率为97.5豫，RSD=1.2豫（灶越6）。结论该方法简便快速，结果准确，可以有效控制该药
品的质量。

Determination of mentholum in Qinghuo tablet by GC method

Aim To establish a GC method for the determinatione of mentholum in Qinghuo tablet.Methods The capillary column was used
SUPELCOWAXTM-10 （30m伊0.53mm，1.0滋m）,and the detector was FID.The column temperature was 110益,and naphthaline was
selected as internal standard .The assay of mentholum was calculated by internal standard method. Results Under this condition,
the linearity relationship of mentholum in the concentration range of 19.62耀196.25滋g was good(r=0.9993）.The average recovery was
97.5% with RSD of 1.2%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is convenient,rapid,and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of
the drug.
