［摘要］目的建立HPLC 法测定联苯双酯软胶囊中联苯双酯的含量，以便更加有效的控制其内在质量。方法采用Waters C18柱
（250mm伊4.6mm）为色谱柱；甲醇原水（65:35）为流动相；流速：1.0ml/min；检测波长：278nm；结果联苯双酯在8滋g/ml耀200滋g/ml 范围
内线性关系良好，平均回收率为99.03豫，RSD=1.65豫。结论本法准确、简便、灵敏度高，可用于联苯双酯软胶囊中联苯双酯的含量
测定。

Determination of Bifendate in Bifendate Soft Capsules by HPLC

Abstract：Aim To establish the determination of Bifendate in Bifendate Soft Capsules.Methods The determination of Bifendate was
carried out by HPLC with Waters C18（250mm*4.6mm）Column，methanol-water（65:35）as a mobile phase，detection wavelength at
278nm，flow rate at 1.0 ml·min-1. Results The method showed a good linear relationship（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was
99.03%，RSD=1.65%.Conclutions The method is accurate，simple，specific，and can be used for quality control of Bifendate Soft
